Deformations, tabs, jellies, chamfers and threads are the exclusive preserve of the punching process.
These machines are extremely versatile because of the various tools that allow for different types of machining such as nibbling, cutting, forming, marking, and threading. Tooling is automatic thanks to turrets that operate autonomously.
In addition, the combined laser punching machine combines the advantages of laser cutting with the precision of automated punching. Sheet metal can be, for example, threaded and cut on the same machine.
Again, automation of part loading and unloading facilitates production flexibility with reduced handling time.
